Role summary
To manage day-to-day inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock management, proper FIFO practices, smooth 3PL coordination, and efficient warehouse floor operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory and warehouse activities.
- Handle inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure proper FIFO implementation.
- Manage bin allocation and stock placement.
- Coordinate with 3PL workers.
- Manage and monitor warehouse floor operations.
- Conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Track batch-wise, ageing, damaged, and expiry stock.
- Ensure accurate GRN and stock transfer entries.
- Support inventory allocation based on order requirements.
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Maintain high inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Fulfilment teams.
- Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports.

Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, E-commerce, or warehouse operations will be preferred.
