Job Title : Design Executive
Location : Chennai
Role Objective
Execute high-volume, on-brand static creatives across Growth and Brand needs without slowing velocity or diluting visual consistency.
Core Responsibilities
1. Performance & Growth Statics (Primary – ~60%)
Design static ads for:
- Meta (Feed, Story)
- Google Display
- Quick Commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart)
Adapt creatives across:
- Offers
- Price changes
- CTA variants
- Size & format requirements
Execute from clear briefs provided by Growth / Creative Strategy
2. Brand & Social Statics (Secondary – ~40%)
- Instagram feed posts
- Carousels
- Festival creatives
- Story frames
- Simple typography-led posts
- All work must strictly follow:
- SKC brand system
- Colour, font, spacing rules
- Paati tone visual warmth without over-illustration
3. Catalogue & Commerce Assets
Product catalogue images
SKU explainers
Combo visuals
Text-heavy informational slides (ingredients, usage, benefits)
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a concept role
- Not a brand strategy role
- Not a motion/video role
- Not client-facing
- Not expected to “think campaigns”
This is a high-output design execution role.
Non-Negotiable Skills
Strong working knowledge of:
Photoshop (mandatory)
Illustrator (mandatory)
- Clean layout sense
- Good typography basics
- Ability to follow brand systems precisely
- Comfort with repetitive design at scale
- Fast turnarounds without quality drops
Good to Have
- Basic Figma knowledge
- Experience in D2C / e-commerce brands
- Understanding of how ads vs feed designs differ
- Experience adapting one master into 10–15 variations
Output Expectations
- 4–8 statics/day during peak cycles
- Near-zero brand guideline violations
- Minimal back-and-forth on revisions
- Ability to work from templates and systems
